Introduction to Reiki

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing, which is a simple but profound way to heal yourself and others. Quite often when people are at a crossroads in their life, they are drawn to Reiki as it brings clarity, calm and acceptance. This can only be a positive thing for all of us. Through the channelling of life force energy, Reiki has the capacity to heal every aspect of the body, on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Reiki Treatment
Reiki can be used to help with the following:
- Treat symptoms and causes of illness on whatever level it exists.
- Accelerate recovery from medical treatments and operations.
- Aid in recovery from injuries and ease muscle pain.
- Promotes a greater sense of wellbeing, peace and alleviates stress.
- Clears bodily toxins and balances the organs and glands.
- Induces a state of deep relaxation and aids in restoring the body.

Reiki Courses
​
I have 17 years of experience in Reiki and 14 years as a Reiki Master/Teacher. I offer courses in Reiki 1, 2 and Reiki Master/Teacher. All courses are accredited by the ABT and are recognised nationally as professional qualifications. Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive manual and an award certificate in the Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho system.
I run both face to face and online Reiki courses. Face to face courses are held in a small retreat like venue in Stourbridge; with each course hosting up to 6 individuals. Online courses are on a 1:1 basis and are held on Zoom/Skype. Full ongoing support is provided upon completion of the course and you will be invited to our monthly Reiki shares (online and in-person) for a night of meditation and healing. Reiki 1
£197 - 1 day

This is the beginning of a wonderful journey filled with learning and growth on many different levels. It is a 1 day course based very much on self healing. After completion of this course, you will be able to energetically move ki through the physical body and to give Reiki treatments to friends and family and be able to dowse over the major chakras to determine energetic wellbeing.

Reiki 2
£297 - 1.5 days

To study Reiki 2, you must have completed Reiki 1, having been given the First Degree attunements. In Second Degree you learn absent healing. Where Reiki 1 healed the physical body, Reiki 2 primarily works on emotional and mental levels. It also places great emphasis on adjusting the etheric rather than the physical body. It stimulates the intuitive centre that is located at the pituitary gland- the body's "telepathic centre". It's also a major transformational process for those on an accelerated spiritual path.
Reiki 2 consists of information on 3 symbols and how to use them, healing karma, distant healing, non healing uses of the symbols and contact with spirit guides. It also includes and attunement which will initiate you into the 3 sacred Reiki symbols.

Reiki Master/Teacher
£649 - 3 days

Third Degree Reiki forms the highest or Master level and is the most exciting part of this wonderful healing system. The course is a total of 3 days spread over 2 weekends.
Originally Mastership was only for those dedicated to teaching Reiki; however more people are now interested in going beyond Second degree. They may be deeply spiritual and dedicated to Reiki and wish to have some of the advanced knowledge for their own personal growth and development, although they may never choose to teach. Third Degree also consists of the Master/Teacher symbols and how to use them. It includes an attunement and also the teaching degree where information is given on passing the attunements.

Reiki Shares

A night of meditation, distant healing and a Reiki treatment for all of us! Reiki 1 is a necessary requirement to attend this event. The Reiki Share specifically raises funds for Dudley Olympics in memory of my sister Natalie Hampton who had Down's Syndrome and swam for Great Britain & Commonwealth. This non profit making charity enables children and adults with learning difficulties to aspire in sport.

I offer Reiki treatments from my retreat in Stourbridge, DY8. The first session is 1.5 hours and costs £45, which includes a 30-minute consultation. Consecutive treatments last 1 hour and cost £40.
